Shipping & Returns
Original Pieces: We keep a limited quantity on hand for immediate shipping, but we can always make more! If a piece is out of stock, just allow us extra time to craft it for you.
Custom Orders: Tailored just for you; please allow up to two weeks for design and processing.
We don't use an automated online checkout—we keep ordering personal and direct:

2. Confirm Details: We’ll finalize design details, timing, and payment with you directly.
3. Craft & Delivery: We’ll get to work making and preparing your piece!
Because our materials can be fragile, we take extra care to ensure your order arrives safely across the continental U.S.
Shipping: Orders are packed using our best judgment to prevent damage during transit.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our handmade items, all sales are final. If an issue arises upon arrival, please contact us right away.
